Precision Machining Capabilities

Machining Capabilities

We provide a wide range of precision machining services based on customer drawings and specifications, including CNC milling, CNC turning, mill-turn machining, large-part machining, surface grinding, EDM, and sub-assembly.

 

CNC Milling

We provide CNC milling from 2-axis to 5-axis machining, depending on the part geometry and production requirements.

 

Our CNC machining centers include the following working envelopes:

 

X 2,000 × Y 600 × Z 600 mm

X 1,100 × Y 600 × Z 600 mm

X 850 × Y 500 × Z 500 mm

We manufacture complex-shaped components, equipment parts, fixtures, mounting components, and other custom parts based on customer drawings and specifications.

 

CNC Turning

Our CNC turning capabilities support components with maximum turning diameters of approximately 300–400 mm and maximum machining lengths of approximately 750–1,000 mm.

 

We produce shafts, bosses, flanges, collars, bearing-related components, and other cylindrical or rotationally symmetrical parts.

 

Mill-Turn Machining

Our mill-turn machines combine turning and milling operations in a single integrated machining process.

 

Indicative working ranges include:

 

X 450 × Y 600 mm

Z ±100 mm

Maximum turning diameter: 400 mm

By combining multiple operations into a single process, mill-turn machining can help reduce setup time, maintain consistent machining references, and support shorter production lead times.

 

Large-Part Machining

We support the machining of large components using CNC machining centers with strokes of up to 2,000 mm, as well as large surface grinders capable of processing lengths of up to 3,000 mm.

 

Our capabilities cover large mechanical components, base plates, machine bases, structural components, equipment frames, and other large custom parts.

 

Surface Grinding

We use precision surface grinders and large surface grinders to improve part flatness, dimensional stability, and surface finish.

 

Indicative working ranges include:

 

Precision surface grinder: X 1,000 × Y 400 × Z 400 mm

Large surface grinder: X 3,000 × Y 750 × Z 400 mm

Electrical Discharge Machining (EDM)

Our EDM equipment supports the machining of complex features and areas that are difficult to produce through conventional cutting processes.

 

Indicative working range:

 

X 600 × Y 400 × Z 400 mm

Sub-assembly

In addition to manufacturing individual machined components, we can also support sub-assembly involving multiple parts, where required.

 

Depending on the drawings and specifications, we aim to provide integrated support from component machining through assembly, inspection, and packaging.

Actual machining accuracy and dimensional tolerances depend on the material, part geometry, size, machining conditions, inspection method, and other project-specific requirements.

 

The final machining feasibility and applicable tolerances will be confirmed after reviewing the customer’s drawings and specifications.
